Ready to Get Back to Work? You Do Not Have to Do It Alone.

Returning to work after time away can feel overwhelming. Whether you have been out because of health, caregiving, a career change, or simply life, the first steps are easier with someone steady in your corner.

With 11 years of experience as a Special Needs Educational Assistant, a Bachelor of Social Work, and a certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis, I know how to break big goals into small, achievable steps and build confidence along the way.

How I Can Help

  • Setting clear, realistic goals for your return to work
  • Building daily routines and schedules that you can actually keep
  • Preparing for interviews and workplace conversations
  • Practising communication skills and talking through concerns
  • Building confidence, motivation, and independence
  • Problem solving for challenges that come up in the first weeks back
  • Support for people with disabilities, autism, or behavioural needs, and for the family members who help them

My Approach

Patient, positive, and practical. I use clear instruction and encouragement, and I adapt everything to your strengths, your pace, and your goals. There is no pressure and no judgment. Progress is celebrated at every step.

Who This Is For

  • Adults returning to work after a break
  • Young adults taking their first steps into employment
  • Individuals with disabilities or additional support needs
  • Parents and caregivers helping a loved one prepare for work
